Delta Sigma Pi is a professional, co-ed business fraternity at Siena College that fosters the study of business and promotes a closer affiliation between the commercial world and students of commerce. With approximately 220,000 members internationally, our brothers are found in the world’s most distinguished firms including Coca-Cola, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Continental Airlines, Proctor & Gamble, among many others. Each semester, collegiate chapters of Delta Sigma Pi host and attend numerous professional lectures, seminars, and networking functions, participate in community service events, and hold brotherhood and social events that build lifetime friendships. Progressing from student, to young professional, to seasoned business performer, members of Delta Sigma Pi grow far beyond the classroom through real-life managerial and leadership experience. Sharing each other’s goals, reinforcing common values, and the pursuit of professional excellence, Delta Sigma Pi builds unparalleled bond of friendship – “not just for 4 years…but for life.”
Brotherhood in the Theta Upsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi at Siena College is highly selective, and currently consists of over 50 exceptionally diverse and talented individuals who are recognized as the elite leaders in professional development in the School of Business, as well as throughout our community. Our chapter strives to recruit well-rounded individuals who demonstrate outstanding dedication and work ethic, leadership, professionalism, and the potential for success. Within our chapter you will find a group of unique individuals, each bringing his/her own talents, abilities, and unique personalities. From these individuals I have learned more about myself, created unsurpassed bonds, and found an irreplaceable family. Through mutual respect for professionalism, balanced with an undeniable love for fun, I have shared the best moments and memories of my life with those I now call my Brothers.

Join Deltasig! – The Pledge Process
Admission to Pledge for Delta Sigma Pi is highly selective. The Pledge Process is a challenging but fulfilling journey. Students in good academic standing who are currently enrolled in the School of Business are invited to interview. Interviews are conducted once each semester. If admitted, the Pledge process can range from 6-10 weeks. Pledges are required to hold Professional Events, Community Service Events, and Social Events. Throughout the pledge process, pledges will be required to interview all of the collegiate and faculty brothers as well as learn the Fraternity history (tests will be administered). Final interviews will be held at the end of the process, at which time the Brothers of the Theta Upsilon Chapter will decide if you are qualified to be initiated and become a Brother. Pledging for Delta Sigma Pi is not an easy process. It takes time, hard work and dedication. Only pledges who demonstrate excellent performance and a strong drive to succeed will be initiated into our chapter of this elite international fraternity.
